Standard Order Delivery Fee $15.00 GST

Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
Preferred Carriers; National Shipping methods will be at the discretion of Evolution Safety.

Goods in stock are generally picked and despatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Buy-in products can take up to 10 days to to be shipped.
We are unable to deliver goods to PO Boxes.

For times when you need your goods faster, we recommend you contact our customer service team 1300 722 675 to place your order and to arrange an express courier service. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick the goods up from our Yatala warehouse.

Returns
Returning Items Purchased Online

Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials
If goods are modified all warranty is voided and goods are non-returnable
A copy of the Evolution Safety invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods
Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt
A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns
Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods
Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered)
Special Order Items are non refundable
Faulty Goods
Please call Evolution Safety Customer Service on 1300 722 675 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved, Evolution Safety will arrange to pick up the faulty goods. Depending on the nature of the fault, Evolution Safety will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. Proof of purchase will be required.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
